Most purchases are handled through our self-service checkout. For 10 or more licenses, we also offer Net 30 invoicing. No order forms or manual processing needed for standard purchases.

Getting Started
Follow these steps to purchase Beekeeper Studio licenses for your client:
Generate a Quote (Optional)
Use our quote generator to create a formal PDF quote for your client. Select "I am a reseller" to see reseller-specific options. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Purchase the Right Plan
Head to our pricing page and purchase the plan that fits your client's needs with the number of seats they require. Use your own billing details for the subscription.
Set the License Name
During checkout, enter your client's name or company in the "License Name" field. This is the name that will appear on the license, so it should be your client's identity, not yours.
Forward the License Key
After purchase, you'll receive a license key. Forward this to your client so they can activate Beekeeper Studio through Help → Manage License Keys in the app.
Manage Renewals
You own the subscription. Use the license management portal to update payment methods, change seat counts, or cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew annually.

If you need a formal quote before purchasing, our quote generator creates a PDF with guaranteed pricing valid for 30 days. If the self-service price changes before you buy, email us with your quote number and we'll honor it.

Invoice Payment
For purchases of 10 or more licenses, we offer Net 30 invoicing. Select the "Net 30 payment terms" option when generating your quote, and contact sales to finalize.
For fewer than 10 licenses, purchases are self-service via credit card through our online checkout. Invoices and receipts for all purchases are available through the license management portal.

We recommend creating a separate subscription for each client. This keeps billing clean and lets you cancel or adjust individual clients without affecting others.

Subscriptions auto-renew annually. As the reseller, you are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and managing the subscription lifecycle for your clients.
Reseller FAQ
Which plans can I purchase as a reseller?
All of them. You can purchase Indie, Professional, or Business plans on behalf of your clients. Choose whichever plan fits your client's needs. See our pricing page for a feature comparison.
Do you offer volume discounts?
We don't discount based on the volume of licenses purchased. However, your price is locked in forever once you subscribe, so you're protected against future price increases. If you're a large organization interested in a custom unlimited-use package, please contact sales.
Can I get a custom MSA or enterprise contract?
Yes. Custom MSAs are available as part of an enterprise plan. Contact sales to discuss your requirements, including security questionnaires and custom payment terms.
What happens if my client no longer needs the license?
Cancel the subscription from the license management portal. If your client has an annual subscription, they'll retain a lifetime usage license for any version released during their subscription period.
Can I transfer a license to a different client?
Contact support to update the license name on an existing subscription. We're happy to help with transfers.
How does lifetime access work for my clients?
Annual subscribers get lifetime access immediately. Your client can use any version of Beekeeper Studio released during their subscription period forever, even if the subscription ends. See our Sales FAQ for full details.
Do you provide security and compliance documentation?
Yes. Customers purchasing 50 or more licenses can contact sales with reasonable requests for security and compliance documentation.
